Booking Process: To book a car rental on our website, customers can follow these simple steps:

1. Visit our website and select the dates and locations for the car rental.
2. Choose the type of vehicle and any additional services that you require, such as GPS navigation, child safety seats, or additional insurance.
3. Enter your personal details and payment information.
4. Review your booking details and confirm your reservation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your rental, including the pick-up and drop-off times and locations, the type of vehicle, and any additional services that you have requested.

Advance Bookings: Customers can book a car rental well in advance of their travel dates, giving them peace of mind and ensuring that they have a car ready for their trip. To make an advance booking, simply follow the same booking process mentioned above, but select the dates for your future travel.

It is recommended that customers book a car rental in advance, especially during peak travel seasons or holidays, to ensure that they get the vehicle of their choice and to avoid last-minute disappointment. Advance bookings may also qualify for special discounts or promotional offers, providing an additional incentive to book early.

When making an advance booking, customers may be required to make a deposit or pre-payment to secure their reservation. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of pick-up. The cancellation and refund policy for advance bookings will be the same as for regular bookings, but the cancellation fee may be higher if the reservation is canceled closer to the pick-up date.

Cancellations:

Prior written notification is required in the event of any cancellation due to unavoidable reasons. We have limited cars in our fleet hence prices mentioned can change without prior notice.

Customers can cancel their car rental reservation at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation. The cancellation fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total rental cost, as follows:

• If the reservation is canceled 48 hours or more before the pick-up time, there will be no cancellation fee.
• If the reservation is canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the pick-up time, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental cost.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
  

Refund Policy: Customers who cancel their car rental reservation will be refunded the rental cost minus the applicable cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

In case of a no-show, where the customer fails to pick up the rental car without prior notice, the rental cost will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

If a customer needs to modify their reservation, they should contact the car rental company at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. The company will make every effort to accommodate the request, but modifications are subject to availability and may result in a change in the rental cost.

If the car rental company is unable to provide the reserved vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered a similar vehicle at no additional cost. 

Please note that any refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the reservation.
